Lydia Sarks is an Australian actor and voiceover artist.

A dedicated ballerina for most of her life, Lydia hung up her pointe shoes after a long series of injuries and focused on the other reason she is terrible at sports; Drama. Lydia made her stage debut in a Sarks family kitchen production of Cats starring along side Tiddles (a real cat, indicating early signs of a dedicated method acting practice some critics (parents) likened to Daniel Day Lewis). Since, she has worked widely in Australian television though she is best known for her work in the ad breaks; Lydia has played Zoe, the national face of Toyota Australia for over five years.

Lydia has a Bachelor's degree of Theatre & Media from Charles Sturt University and an AMEB Associate Diploma in Drama and Performance.
